Refund policy
At CreamFab, we are committed to providing premium-quality women's shapewear. Since our products are intimate wear, we prioritize hygiene and customer safety. That's why we don't accept change-of-mind returns — but we do back every order with a free one-time size exchange and full protection for damaged or incorrect items.
The 30-Second Version
• Wrong size? One free size exchange within 7 days of delivery.
• Damaged or wrong item? Free replacement or full refund — contact us within 7 days with photos.
• Changed your mind? For hygiene reasons we can't accept returns on intimate wear — but we'll make sure you get the right fit.
One-Time Size Exchange (Free)
We understand that finding the perfect fit is important. If the size you ordered doesn't fit, you may request a one-time size exchange — and your first exchange is on us.
To be eligible for a size exchange:
• The request must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
• The product must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
• The item must be free from stains, perfume, deodorant marks, or any signs of use.
• We cover the shipping for your first exchange. If the wrong size was shipped by CreamFab, we cover everything.
If your size is unavailable: we will refund the full amount to your original payment method within 7 days, or offer store credit with a 10% discount code — your choice.
No Change-of-Mind Returns or Refunds
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept change-of-mind returns or provide refunds once a product has been delivered.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is:
• Damaged during delivery, or
• Different from the item you ordered,
please contact our customer support within 7 days of receiving your order. Kindly share your order number along with clear photos or an unboxing video of the product and packaging. After verification, we will arrange a free replacement or a full refund — whichever you prefer.
How an Exchange Works
1. Contact our support team with your order number and the size you need.
2. We arrange a reverse pickup (where available) or share a return address — we cover shipping on your first exchange.
3. Once we receive and verify the item, your replacement is dispatched within 48–72 hours.
Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

We strongly recommend referring to our Size Guide before placing your order. If you're unsure about the right size, contact our support team before ordering — we'll be happy to help you choose the best fit.
Your Rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
