Return & Exchange Policy

At CreamFab, we are committed to providing high-quality women’s shapewear. Due to the intimate nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we maintain a strict No Return & No Exchange Policy.

No Returns

All purchases made on CreamFab are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any shapewear products once they have been delivered.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is:

• Damaged during delivery, or
• Different from the item you ordered,

please contact our customer support within 48 hours of receiving your order. Include your order number along with clear photos or a video of the product and packaging. After verification, we will arrange a replacement or provide an appropriate resolution.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Size Selection

Please refer to our Size Guide before placing your order. We are unable to offer returns or exchanges due to incorrect size selection.
